1. What is a withdrawal?

Withdrawal refers to transferring digital assets from the OKX platform to another Exchange or wallet.

2. Are there any requirements to meet for withdrawals?

To ensure your withdrawal is credited successfully, make sure the following conditions are met:

  • Both the sender and receiver select the same crypto and network

  • The withdrawal amount is greater than the minimum deposit amount required by the receiving platform (this can be checked on the deposit page)

  • The contract address of the crypto matches the receiving platform’s contract

3. How to withdraw on-chain?

On the App:

  • Tap on Assets at the bottom right > Withdraw > Withdraw crypto

  • Select the crypto > Select recipient type > Select network

  • Enter the recipient's wallet address

  • If there is a Tag/Memo field, be sure to enter the correct Tag/Memo for the receiving platform

  • Enter the withdrawal amount (must be greater than the Minimum Withdrawal Amount)

  • Select Submit and complete all security verification steps.

On the Web:

  • Click on Assets at the top right > Withdraw

  • Select the coin and network > Enter the recipient's address

  • If there is a Tag/Memo field, be sure to enter the correct Tag/Memo for the receiving platform

  • Enter the withdrawal amount (must be greater than the Minimum Withdrawal Amount)

  • Select Next and complete all security verification steps.

4. How to make an internal withdrawal?

On the App:

Select Assets > Withdraw > Withdraw crypto > select the crypto > select OKX users, then complete the withdrawal.

On the Web:

Select Assets > Withdraw > select the crypto > select OKX users, then complete the withdrawal.

5. Is there a fee for withdrawals?

A fee will be charged during withdrawal to cover the network transaction fee for transferring assets to the target address.

6. How do I view the withdrawal address?

The withdrawal address is the deposit address of the receiving platform or wallet. You’ll need to obtain this address from the recipient. If the recipient is the OKX platform, please refer to here (tutorial on how to obtain the deposit address).

7. How do I check the withdrawal networks supported by OKX?

On the App:

Select Assets > Withdraw > Withdraw crypto > select the crypto > select the recipient type. All supported networks for that crypto will be displayed. Some cryptos support only one network.

On the Web:

Select Assets > Withdraw > select the crypto > On-chain addresses, then scroll down to view supported networks.

8. How do I check the withdrawal status?

On the App:

Select Assets > Withdraw > Withdraw crypto , then select the withdrawal history to view (for specific status details, you can refer to here ).

On the Web:

Select Assets at the top right > Withdraw > Check under All withdrawals (for specific status details, you can refer to here ).

9. Why hasn't my withdrawal arrived?

Withdrawals usually go through 4 stages: Withdrawal Application > Pending > Withdrawing > Transferred

Withdrawal Application and Pending: The asset has not yet been transferred on-chain and are still in the queue or awaiting confirmation. There may be a large number of withdrawal requests, so queuing is required. The system will process withdrawals one by one based on the submission time of each customer.

Withdrawing: The time spent in the "Withdrawing" status is usually very short, typically changing to "Transferred Out" within a few minutes. If it stays in "Withdrawing" for a long time, it may be because there are many withdrawal requests at this moment and you need to wait in line.

Transferred Out: The assets have already been transferred out of the OKX platform. Please refer to this solution.

10. What are “non-tradable assets”?

Non-tradable assets include cryptos that are delisted, not supported by the platform, or deposited via unsupported networks.

These assets can’t be traded, but they can still be withdrawn.

On the App:

Select Assets > Funding account > Non-tradable assets, then proceed to withdraw.

On the Web:

Select Assets > My assets > Funding account > Non-tradable assets, then proceed to withdraw.

11. Can a withdrawal be canceled?

If you find that the wrong address/crypto/network was mentioned, or forgot to fill in the remark (Tag/Memo), and want to cancel the withdrawal, you need to check the withdrawal status:

  • [Withdrawal Application] or [Pending]: Can be canceled. You can click the corresponding button on the withdrawal order page to cancel, but once it has been transferred out, it cannot be canceled.

  • [Withdrawing] or [Transferred]: This action is irreversible. We recommend you carefully recall the source of the address and contact the corresponding address owner or the customer service of the recipient platform for verification and assistance.

12. After canceling a withdrawal, how long does it take for the funds to be returned to the account?

If the withdrawal is canceled at the Withdrawal application or Pending stage, funds are usually returned within 1–2 minutes.

13. Why can't I withdraw funds?

You can check this article for troubleshooting steps and solutions.

14. Why is the blockchain address in the withdrawal record different from the deposit address on OKX?

If you withdraw from OKX, the withdrawal address shown on the blockchain may be the platform's main wallet address, so it may not match the deposit address you used when funding your account.
