Synaptogenix (Nasdaq Listed: SNPX) is running the MicroStrategy playbook for "AI Bitcoin" (TAO/Bittensor) Investors clearly want exposure; The SNPX stock price surged 40%. TLDR: i) It intends to acquire $10M of TAO (> twice its current market cap) aiming to scale up to $100M over time. ii) James Altucher (crypto AI expert) will lead the TAO-based strategy focused on staking and token appreciation. iii) Synaptogenix plans to rebrand, change its name/ticker, and launch a new corporate site aligned with this strategy. iv) The company also announced a $5.5M private placement, including investment from Altucher, involving convertible preferred stock and warrants.
